An introduction to Tees Active Ltd

Tees Active is one of the new breed of charitable leisure management organisations operating in the UK. Established as a non-profit-distributing company, it started operating on 1st May 2004.

The Swan Centre for Leisure, like all other Tees Active Centres achieved the new Government National Standard, 'Customer Service Excellence Standard'

The new standard will allow us to improve our delivery of service, how we broadcast our information to customers, professionalism and staff attitude as well as developing customer insight, understanding the user's experience and the robust measurement of service satisfaction.
